July 8, 2003 - So many times, people come to me and tell me that they are "not sure of what they want to be when they grow up." The changing economic forces surrounding us are forcing many to grapple with this question, many times in mid-career. I have learned that life is just too short to go through it being miserable and wishing you had done something else with your life. Take stock now and make the changes as appropriate.
